1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD service all across Pakistan. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 working days in major cities

  • 5–7 working days in remote areas

3. Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

4. How do I request a return or refund?

Simply message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 6861291 with your order number and the issue. We’ll guide you through the process.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000. For smaller orders, a standard fee of Rs. 200 may apply.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. Once the item is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Is my information safe on Awazup™?

Absolutely. We follow strict data privacy policies and never share your personal information with third parties.
